Exercise Prescription and Program Design: Tailored fitness plans are created to meet the individual needs of clients, considering factors like age, health status, fitness levels, and specific goals. This can include programs for general fitness, weight management, injury prevention, and sports performance enhancement.

Chronic Disease Management: I work with individuals who have chronic conditions like diabetes, heart disease, arthritis, or asthma. They design safe and effective exercise regimens to help manage symptoms, improve quality of life, and potentially reduce the need for medication.

Injury Rehabilitation and Prevention: I assist in the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries, providing exercises to restore strength, flexibility, and mobility. Additionally, I work to prevent future injuries by identifying movement imbalances or weaknesses and developing corrective exercises.

Post-Surgery Recovery: After surgery, I guide clients through rehabilitation exercises to restore movement, strength, and function, and help speed up recovery.
